Seared to your liking, center cut filet medallion, seasoned with fresh herbs and brown butter, paired with a colorful medley of seasonal vegetables, sourced locally to highlight fresh flavors and a loaded baked potato, topped with all the fixings. Dinner includes a gorgeous plate of fresh seasonal fruit & custom dessert for each guest. Prefer seafood? We offer a substitution of Salmon at the time of booking, to ensure a delightful dining experience for everyone. Vegan options also available on request. Dinner is delivered to the RV, at the time you select and can be enjoyed inside or out in the picnic area under the stars.
